Making A Purchase With Online Packaging Shop
As an Online Packaging Supplier all our goods are sent direct from our warehouse, we do not have trade counter facilities. All prices and quantities advertised on www.onlinepackagingshop.co.uk are for online purchases only.
We cannot accept requests for special delivery dates unless this has been discussed and agreed with onlinepackagingshop.co.uk prior to ordering your goods.
Please note: All stated weights, sizes and gauges are approximate, the standard acceptable manufactures tolerance is +/- 10%.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'CHECKOUT NOW' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Online Packaging Shops Delivery Rates
We despatch your packaging materials and goods in a variety of ways, either by using our own transport, or with UK couriers including TNT, Parcel force, Night freight and ANC.
Some of our smaller items that can be shipped with Royal Mail will be, this is to save you the extra cost in paying for a courier delivery. Some items can ship for as little as £1.28, but will take as long as the post office takes to deliver the parcel. This is normally in 2-3 days.
All UK mainland deliveries for orders over £75 (Exclusive of VAT) are FREE. All orders that can be sent with one of our carriers other than Royal Mail and are received before 14.00 will be despatched on the same day (subject to stock levels) with our courier on a next working day delivery service. If items are not in stock we will contact you to confirm.

International Deliveries
We can ship your order to almost any destination worldwide however you will need to contact us prior to ordering as the shipping charges will vary depending on the size & weight of the goods you wish to order.
Due to the bulky nature of packaging materials in general, we do reserve the right to decline orders where, due to location or availability of local carriers or otherwise, the cost of sending the goods exceeds the value of the goods themselves. This caveat in particular applies to Bubble Wrap.
