How to Find Your Products:
Web orders are simple; you can use three methods to find what you are looking for.
- Firstly, if you know the product you are looking for, or product name you can simply type it into our Product search box on the left of the screen on the main page or click advanced search on all web pages. This will give you a list of similar products with your keyword search term.
- Secondly, if you would like to browse through our range, just choose a category from the top of the screen, e.g. "Boxes" or "Tape", and click on it. This will then bring a new [sub-category] up where you can make another more specific choice, for example "size", clicking on this will take you to our product.
- Thirdly, whenever browsing the website you will be able to follow the path you have taken by looking at the trail or breadcrumb, this shows the route you took to get where you are. The breadcrumb appears near the top of the page.

I Found My Product Now What?
If you want to order an item from onlinepackagingshop.co.uk, click the "Add to basket" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping basket, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking "View Your Basket" at the top of every page of our website. |
My Product Is In The Shopping Cart, Now What?Try an take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping basket. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, tick the remove box and then click the big red X button in the row with the product you want removed in. The item will be deleted from your current Shopping basket.
When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Basket click the Blue "Procced To Checkout"button at the top of the page. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. |
How Do I Remove A Product From My Shopping Cart?
Whilst viewing your current shopping basket tick the remove box and then click the big red X button in the row with the product you want removed in. The item will be deleted from your current Shopping basket. |
