Online Packaging Shops Delivery Rates
We despatch your packaging materials and goods in a variety of ways, either by using our own transport, or with UK couriers including TNT, Parcel force, Night freight and ANC.
Some of our smaller items that can be shipped with Royal Mail will be, this is to save you the extra cost in paying for a courier delivery. Some items can ship for as little as £1.39, but will take as long as the post office takes to deliver the parcel. This is normally in 2-3 days.
All UK mainland deliveries for orders over £75 (Exclusive of VAT) are FREE. All orders that can be sent with one of our carriers other than Royal Mail and are received before 14.00 will be despatched on the same day (subject to stock levels) with our courier on which ever service you have selected but your goods may well arrive sooner. If items are not in stock we will contact you to confirm.
For all other destinations & orders below £75 (exc VAT) the following rates apply;
Christmas Delivery Times
We shall be closed from Friday 23 December until Monday 2 January inclusive.
From the shopping cart point of view, this means that the last day for despatch to guarantee delivery before Christmas will be Wednesday 21 December (the 22nd will be cutting it too fine).
The cut off time for orders will be mid-day on 21 December. Despatches will resume again on Tuesday 3 January 2012. All orders or back orders not despatched by 21 December will be cancelled and the customers refunded.
Orders placed between 22 December and 2 January will not be despatched until 3 January.

Shortages and Damaged Items
No claims for short delivery or damaged items can be considered unless they are made, in writing, by e-mail within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel(s).
Returns Policy

At Onlinepackagingshop.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products.

For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our specialist courier service collect a large item from you to return to us.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Please note that we sell general purpose packaging materials and do not warrant that any item offered for sale is suitable for any specific purpose. If you are unsure about the suitability of any item for your requirements, please contact us for advice before you place your order.
International Deliveries
We do not ship outside mainland UK.

Using our own transport we deliver packaging materials and supplies to these areas; West Sussex, East Sussex & Hampshire. We can go further a field with our own transport or
Alternatively we use outside carriers for the nationwide delivery service.
Please note - All orders are subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you in the first instance by sending an email to the email address supplied at time of purchase. Please make sure this email address is correct.
Due to the bulky nature of packaging materials in general, we do reserve the right to decline orders where, due to location or availability of local carriers or otherwise, the cost of sending the goods exceeds the value of the goods themselves. This caveat in particular applies to Bubble Wrap.
We would love to offer all our customers FREE shipping but the high costs that are passed onto us means this is at present not an option. The more customers we get the closer to 100% free shipping we will be, so please help us in letting your friends and work colleagues know about us. |
